These terms govern access to and use of Partsy by brands, distributors, and their authorized users. Last updated 16 September 2026.
By creating an account, registering a brand or distributor, or otherwise accessing Partsy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.
Partsy is a parts-operating layer that helps brands turn exploded diagrams and product data into a structured catalog, connects that catalog to stock and pricing, and lets approved distributors browse, message, and place orders against it. The Service includes the Brand Studio, the Distributor Portal, and supporting tools such as messaging, billing, and an in-app assistant.
We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
Brand accounts are created by a brand owner and may invite additional team members. Distributor accounts are created through brand-issued registration links and must be approved, activated, or rejected by the brand before they can transact. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, contact, and business details (including GSTIN, address, and contact information) you provide, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Partsy, and you may only create or hold an account on behalf of a real, existing business.
Certain brand features require an active paid plan. Where applicable, a one-time setup fee and a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) are processed through our payment partner, Cashfree. Your current billing period is activated once payment is confirmed as paid; recurring payment authorization (the "mandate") for future renewals is a separate step and does not need to be repeated once your plan is active.
Fees are shown in the currency configured for your account and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You can review your plan, payment history, and billing email from Settings at any time. If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and may limit access to paid features until the balance is resolved.
"Your Content" means the diagrams, images, product and part data, pricing, stock levels, and other material you or your team upload to Partsy. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Partsy a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf (for example, converting an uploaded diagram into a catalog asset, or showing your products to an approved distributor).
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload Your Content, and for its accuracy, including part numbers, pricing, and stock information shown to distributors.
Orders placed by a distributor are a transaction between that distributor and the brand; Partsy provides the workspace, catalog, messaging, and order-tracking tools that support that transaction but is not a party to it. Brands are responsible for accepting, shipping, and fulfilling orders and for the accuracy of stock and pricing shown. Distributors are responsible for the accuracy of orders they place and for conduct within the Distributor Portal, including messages sent to a brand.
You agree not to: misuse the messaging or assistant features to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; attempt to access another brand's or distributor's data without authorization; upload content that infringes a third party's rights; probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
Partsy, its logo, and the underlying software, design, and workflows are owned by Partsy and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you; you receive only the right to use it as permitted here.
You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaches these Terms, poses a security risk, or has significant unresolved payment failures. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension and an opportunity to export Your Content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Partsy is not liable for the accuracy of catalog, stock, or pricing data entered by brands, or for the outcome of orders between a brand and distributor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partsy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify account owners in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
